Key Responsibilities
Membership Sales & Targets
Pitch, promote, and sell gym memberships & personal training packages.
Achieve monthly sales targets through walk-ins, inquiries, and lead follow-ups.
Front Desk & Member Handling
Greet members and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, walk-ins, and provide accurate information about services.
Manage daily check-ins, renewals, and billing.
Customer Service & Query Resolution
Act as the first point of contact for all member concerns.
Handle complaints, feedback, and resolve queries promptly.
Ensure high member satisfaction & retention.
Operations Support
Maintain front desk records, membership database, and sales reports.
Coordinate with trainers, housekeeping, and management to ensure smooth gym operations.
Support in organizing events, challenges, and promotions at the gym.
Requirements : -
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in sales / customer service ; fitness industry experience is a plus.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Confident, target-driven, and customer-centric.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).
Passion for fitness & healthy lifestyle.
