About the Role :

As a .NET Technical Lead / Engineering Manager, you will be at the forefront of architecting, leading, and delivering innovative, cloud-native solutions for BFSI sector clients. This pivotal role blends advanced technical expertise—with deep command of modern .NET stacks and cutting-edge cloud / database technologies—with inspiring leadership. Your responsibilities encompass shaping software design and architecture, instilling engineering excellence, and developing high-performance, cross-functional teams that consistently exceed client expectations for quality, compliance, and agility.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical & Architectural Leadership

• Architect and deliver highly scalable, secure enterprise solutions leveraging .NET (Core / Framework), Angular / React, and modern container platforms (Docker / Kubernetes) across multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Drive the adoption of proven software design patterns (such as MVC, MVVM, Repository, Factory, Singleton, Dependency Injection, CQRS, Event Sourcing) to ensure robust, maintainable, and extensible architectures.
• Lead technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and define architectural standards that enable innovation, resilience, and compliance.
• Maintain a hands-on presence as a technical architect and, when necessary, as an engineering individual contributor.
