We are Currently Hiring for the role of a BDM with a Leading IT firm based in Mumbai.

Designation : - Business Development Manager (Sales)

Reporting To : CEO

Qualification : Graduation (mandatory

Experience : Minimum 2 years in IT Service Sales / Services (mandatory)

Salary : up to 10 LPA

Job Location : Mumbai (Client / Field Visits)

Notice : immediate

Job Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to promote and sell IT products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT landscape, excellent communication skills, and negotiation skills.

Job Role :

Promote and sell IT products and services in Mumbai.

Generate new leads and business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, services, competitors, and customer needs.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, quotation, order follow-up, execution, and payment collection.

Continuously enhance professional knowledge by attending seminars, webinars, and through self-learning.

Collaborate effectively with OEMs and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements :

Strong communication skills and a solid business understanding of IT products and associated domains.

Proficienting setting and achieving sales targets, with a sound understanding of business planning.

Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) or MBA (Preferred)

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT sales
