Job description

Job Title : Engineer – CNC Application

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities :

Provide installation and commissioning support for CNC products at customer sites.
Ensure all application-related issues are resolved promptly—either remotely or through on-site visits.
Conduct regular customer visits and meetings to maintain strong relationships and gather feedback.
Offer proactive technical support to MTBs (Machine Tool Builders) for application-related challenges.
Understand new customer requirements and assist in selecting suitable CNC systems.
Educate and train MTBs on new features, products, and applications.
Perform competitor analysis at customer sites and share insights with the sales team.
Keep the company's Technical Centre updated with new systems, technologies, and features.
Continuously upgrade technical skills and knowledge through simulator and product training.
Document project learnings and share best practices within the team.

Profile Expectations :

B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.

3–6 years of relevant experience in CNC applications or related domains.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Strong interpersonal, reporting, and analytical skills.

Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Willingness to travel extensively and engage with innovative professionals in the engineering industry.
