Job Purpose :
Deliver IT solutions to meet business requirements, including converting requirements to technical specifications, delivery, and post-implementation maintenance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop IT solutions based on user requirements and technology changes.
- Monitor applications to ensure performance standards.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, and production rollout.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues.
- Deploy bug fixes and coordinate testing.
- Work with DBAs and teams for system maintenance and security patches.
- Provide administrative support including meetings and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience :
Domain : Payments / Corporate Online Banking (Banking domain experience : 6+ years).Technical : Unix, Oracle, PL-SQL, SQL Server, Core Java, J2EE / JRE, Apache / Tomcat, XML, SOAP, web services.General : Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills.Experience : 8–10 years in programming and support.Education : Computer Science degree or equivalent.
