Description : The team is looking for an experienced professional to own and drive a strategic program that with a large number of creators who produce content on Meta platforms.
Job Description :
- Oversee Agency Execution : Manage and coordinate the execution of the program across partner agencies, ensuring all program objectives and deliverables are met.
- Contract & Deal Management : Oversee contract distribution, redlining, and management for all creator tiers, including tracking deal terms, renewals, and agency addendums.
- Creator Onboarding & Outreach : Lead and coordinate the outreach and onboarding process for creators, ensuring accurate tracking in program status trackers and timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Fulfillment Tracking & Enforcement : Monitor and enforce deal fulfillment (content delivery, exclusivity, parity, and promotion requirements), collaborating with agencies to ensure compliance and resolve exceptions.
- Payment Oversight : Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for creators and agencies, including invoice management, reconciliation, and coordination with finance and accounting teams.
- Process & Communication Optimization : Establish, document, and continuously improve go-to-market (GTM) communications, workflows, and enforcement guidelines in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Standup & Stakeholder Management : Organize and participate in regular standups with agencies and internal teams, addressing open questions, troubleshooting issues, and escalating as needed.
- Reporting & Data Coordination : Gather, validate, and disseminate program data and reports (e.g., payment trackers, fulfillment status) to internal stakeholders and downstream teams.
- Agency Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact between Meta and agency partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment on program goals, and resolution of operational challenges.
- Continuous Program Evaluation : Evaluate and refine program processes, enforcement practices, and communication strategies to drive efficiency, creator satisfaction, and program success.
