Responsibilities :

1. Support the Implementation Manager in day-to-day implementation tasks, including gathering requirements, configuring systems, and coordinating with internal teams.

2. Assist with operational tasks and activities, ensuring smooth execution of implementation projects.

3. Follow up with internal teams to track progress on pending items and ensure timely completion.

4. Update Rocketlane, our project management tool, and ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

5. Clean up projects in Rocketlane, organizing and maintaining project folders, tasks, and related documents.

6. Collaborate with the Implementation Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

7. Assist in testing and troubleshooting technical issues during the implementation process.

8. Provide regular status updates on project progress to the Implementation Manager and key stakeholders.

9. Participate in meetings and discussions related to implementation strategy and process improvement.

10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in implementation and digital advertising.

Qualifications :

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration) or a recent graduate.

2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

3. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

6. Basic understanding of software implementation concepts and methodologies is a plus.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

8. Prior experience or coursework related to project management or implementation is a plus.

9. Availability to work full-time for a period of 6 months.
