Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong technical and analytical skills to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS, and should be able to work on complex mainframe applications involving analysis, design, development, and support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL,VSAM. DB2, and CICS.
• Perform analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Debug and resolve application issues in production and test environments.
• Develop and execute test cases to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Optimize mainframe programs for better performance and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and support teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides as needed.
