Strong experience in COBOL programming on mainframe systems.

Hands-on experience with VSAM file handling and organization.

Proficient in CICS for building and managing online transaction processing.

Good knowledge of DB2 database, SQL programming, and query optimization.

Experience with JCL for batch job scheduling and execution.

Understanding of mainframe tools and utilities.

Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging techniques.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Excellent communication skills in English.
