Job Title : Account Manager – US Healthcare Recruitment (Onsite, Night Shift)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to lead and manage a team of 5-10 freelance recruiters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruiter performance, ensuring high-quality candidate submissions, and actively engaging in hands-on recruitment to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. This is going to be a dual responsibility role – working as both an Account Manager and a Senior Hands-on Recruiter, if required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a team of 20-25 freelance recruiters, monitor their daily submissions, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Review, shortlist, and forward recruiter-submitted profiles to relevant job requisitions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the recruitment team and hiring managers, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for assigned roles.
• Build and maintain a personal candidate pipeline to support ongoing hiring needs.
• Track team performance, provide regular feedback, and drive recruiters to achieve set targets.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, timelines, and internal processes.
• Maintain reports on submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
