What You'll Build

Lead the design and development of production-ready voice AI agents.

Core backend infrastructure for concurrent voice AI conversations

Real-time voice processing and AI orchestration systems

Scalable APIs and monitoring systems for AI deployments

High-performance data pipelines

Mentor and guide the engineering team, enforcing best practices and clean code.

Participate in architectural decisions and roadmap planning.

Requirements

Strong Python expertise and system design skills

Production experience with REST APIs (FastAPI preferred)

Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and Redis

Hands-on with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure) and scalable system design.

Deep understanding of speech AI technologies : STT, TTS, ASR, and NLP.

Ability to write clean, tested, and maintainable code
