Lead Mean Stack Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior MEAN Stack Developer who not only excels in technical development but can also take ownership of client communication, requirement gathering, user story creation, sprint planning, and sprint execution . You will work closely with clients, the product team, and developers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects while maintaining a strong technical foundation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical o Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
• o Review code and ensure adherence to best practices, performance optimization, and security standards.
• o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• o Provide technical guidance to the team and assist in architectural decisions.
• Client & Project Management o Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
• o Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and translate requirements into user stories.
• o Clearly document functional and technical specifications.
• o Plan and facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• o Track sprint progress, resolve blockers, and ensure commitments are met.
• o Provide project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
