Chief Executive Officer – Real Estate Broking Division

The candidate must come from a real estate background, and preference should be given to those with experience in real estate broking — specifically commercial real estate.

Location : Goregaon East, Mumbai

Division : Broking division - Residential & Commercial Real Estate

Team Strength : 100+ Members

Reports To : The Founder

About the Role

R.D. Brothers is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head its Real Estate Broking Division, covering both Residential and Commercial business lines. The role demands strong business acumen, strategic foresight, and proven leadership capabilities to drive sustained growth and profitability.

The CEO will be responsible for defining the division’s overall strategy, strengthening market presence, ensuring consistent revenue performance, and leading a multidisciplinary team of over 100 professionals. The position calls for an individual who can balance operational efficiency with business innovation while maintaining a deep understanding of the Mumbai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership

Define and implement the division’s business vision, strategy, and growth roadmap for both residential and commercial segments.
Lead P&L ownership, ensuring consistent revenue growth, profitability, and operational scalability.
Identify and execute expansion opportunities across geographies and service lines.

Business Development & Market Growth

Build and nurture relationships with developers, investors, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals.

Drive strategic partnerships and alliances with leading developers to strengthen inventory access.

Oversee the development of sales and marketing strategies for sustained lead generation and brand visibility.

Team Leadership & People Development

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 100+ professionals across sales, sourcing, CRM, and marketing.

Foster a performance-driven, collaborative, and accountable culture aligned with organizational values.

Identify and groom next-level leaders and ensure a robust succession pipeline.

Operational Excellence

Strengthen sales processes, CRM, data analytics, and client servicing mechanisms.

Drive digitization and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Monitor KPIs and dashboards for real-time performance tracking and informed decision-making.

Financial & Business Management

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Ensure revenue optimization and expense management across all clusters and functions.

Evaluate and introduce performance-linked incentive structures to boost motivation and results.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Maintain high standards of client satisfaction, trust, and retention.

Represent R.D. Brothers at key industry forums, exhibitions, and events.

Build a strong brand reputation within the developer and client ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Graduate or Postgraduate, preferably with an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Management.

2. Minimum 15 years of experience in Real Estate Broking, Developer Sales, or Consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior P&L leadership role.

3. Strong market understanding of Mumbai’s residential and commercial real estate segments.

4. Proven ability to scale business operations and lead large, cross-functional teams.

5. Demonstrated track record of revenue growth, client relationship management, and strategic leadership.
