Job description4-6 years of experience in BPO recruitment (voice preferred) or related field (bulk hiring, calling executives). Strong understanding of BPO industry trends and best practices. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously. Proficiency in using technology-based tools for efficient workflow management. Hands on experience with HRMS.

- Manage bulk hiring campaigns for various clients across different industries.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results while meeting project deadlines.

Must be well-versed in MS Applications & Google Suite.
Should be excellent in data management.
Recruitment knowledge is an advantage.
