Position : Growth Marketer (B2B SaaS – Must Have Experience)

Experience : 1-4yrs

Timings : 3PM–12AM IST

Location : Remote- India

About Us

We are an early-stage SaaS startup with a live Agentic AI HR-Tech product and a newly launched website. We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer who can own our marketing end-to-end :

setting direction, executing campaigns, and driving measurable results.

What You’ll Do

1. Positioning & Messaging

Define and refine our product positioning and value messaging.
Validate with customer research and iterate as a when needed.

2. Content Marketing

Research, write, and publish content (blogs, landing pages, case studies,

posts).

Build and execute a content distribution strategy (email, social, communities,

partnerships).

Repurpose content across channels for maximum reach.

3. Growth Channels

Lead SEO strategy (keyword research, on-page optimization, link building).

Set up and run email campaigns & campaigns.

Experiment with early community-driven or lightweight paid channels.

4. Funnel & Analytics

Track website traffic, trial sign-ups, and conversion metrics.

Set up dashboards to monitor KPIs and report results regularly.

Recommend and implement optimizations across the funnel.

Establish lightweight marketing tooling / automation to scale efforts.

What We’re Looking For

1–4 years in B2B SaaS marketing – MUST HAVE.

Strong writing skills + proven ability to produce and ship content.

Hands-on experience in SEO, campaigns, email tools, and website CMS.

Comfortable setting up and interpreting analytics dashboards.

Startup mindset : scrappy, experimental, willing to switch between strategy and execution.

Experience guiding junior marketers or interns.
