Position Overview :

As an entry-level employee at Siemens Ltd. Goa, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse departments such as production, process quality, process planning, warehouse, maintenance, and more. Key Responsibilities :

• Perform tasks and duties as assigned by department supervisors and team leaders.
• Monitoring of daily KPI (Plan v / s Actual) , Customer delivery adherence
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and quality in departmental operations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
• Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning opportunities to develop skills and knowledge relevant to your role.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily production activities and ensure efficient operation of production lines.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
• Train and mentor production team members to optimize performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments such as , Industrial Engineering ,maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance to achieve production targets.
• Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
