Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Patient Services Coordinator based in Bengaluru. The Patient Services Coordinator will assist patients with appointment scheduling and manage communication via phone and other channels. Responsibilities include coordinating insurance verification, maintaining accurate patient records, delivering excellent service through effective etiquette, and providing guidance about medical terminology to patients and staff. The coordinator will contribute to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all patients.
