We are looking for a  Student Operations Intern   who is passionate about this role. Join our dynamic team and contribute to managing and enhancing the onboarding experience for new and renewed students. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition for students into our programs while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and communication

Responsibilities :

• Handle the onboarding process for new and renewed students.
• Coordinate with parents, teachers, and internal teams to schedule classes.
• Maintain and monitor the average onboarding time, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.
• Track onboarding progress and report on pending or delayed cases.
• Support the team in improving operational workflows and the overall student experience.

Stipend :  INR 20,000-22,000 / month

Duration :  6 Months

Location :  HSR Layout, Bangalore, India
