AutoCAD Draftsman creates detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings and models using AutoCAD software for projects in fields like architecture, engineering, and manufacturing. Key duties include interpreting sketches and specifications, collaborating with engineers and architects, revising drawings based on feedback, and ensuring all designs meet industry standards and project requirements. Core responsibilities

Create drawings : Develop and produce detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, blueprints, and models using AutoCAD software based on project specifications and sketches.

Collaborate with teams : Work with engineers, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand design objectives and project requirements.

Review and revise : Review technical documents and sketches, and make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback from the project team.

Ensure compliance : Verify that all drawings comply with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications, performing quality checks on dimensions and details.

Manage files : Organize, update, and maintain project files, drawings, and documentation.

Prepare documentation : Compile data and specifications, and generate reports or other necessary project documentation.
