Sales Manager (Transformers)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager (Transformers) to drive business growth in Distribution Transformers – including Cast Resin, VPI, Oil Cooled, IDT & Power Transformers . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales management, customer relationship development, and achieving revenue targets in the transformer industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and ensure business growth in the assigned region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while driving new customer acquisition .
• Collaborate with utilities, electrical consultants, and EPC companies for product approvals.
• Handle negotiations, planning, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
• Conduct regular customer visits, ensure timely collections, and strengthen client engagement.
• Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports , conduct sales reviews, and manage team performance.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to promote products and expand the customer base.
