Inside CoinDCX's Growth & Marketing Team :

Our Growth & Marketing team is the engine behind CoinDCX's user acquisition and market expansion strategies. We experiment, analyze, and optimize to drive exponential growth and engagement. If you're data-driven, creative, and passionate about scaling businesses, join us in taking CoinDCX to new heights in the blockchain industry.

You will be mining through these tasks

Creative Leadership

  • Develop and own the creative vision for CoinDCX across all touchpoints - brand, product, content and campaigns
  • Lead a multidisciplinary in-house team (copy, design, video) to produce high-quality creative assets for brand, performance, social, product and internal communication
  • Define and enforce brand voice, visual language and storytelling guidelines across all channels
  • Ensure all creative output aligns with business objectives and audience insights

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Conceptualize and execute 360° brand campaigns, product launches and thematic storytelling initiatives
  • Partner with growth and product marketing teams to develop performance-driven creative for acquisition, retention and engagement
  • Oversee creative strategy for social media, influencer content and community engagement assets

    • Agency & Partner Management

  • Identify, brief, and manage external creative, production, and media agencies for high-impact or specialized projects
  • Evaluate agency work for creative excellence and business effectiveness

    • Creative Operations

  • Manage creative resourcing, project prioritization and timelines
  • Track creative performance through metrics (brand lift, engagement, CTR, conversion rates)

    • Leadership & Culture

  • Mentor, coach, and inspire the in-house creative team to produce innovative, culturally relevant and business-effective work
  • Foster a collaborative environment with marketing, growth, product and leadership teams
  • Promote an experimentation mindset - testing formats, narratives and channels

    • You need to be a HODLer of these :

  • 10+ years of creative experience in advertising agencies, design studios or in-house brand teams (preferably in consumer tech, fintech, or youth-focused brands)
  • At least 2 years in a Creative Lead role with proven team leadership
  • Proven track record of delivering campaigns with measurable brand or business impact
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design, Communication, Advertising, Marketing or related fields
