About the Role

We’re looking for a meticulous and analytical Food & Beverage Controller to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is key to ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency across all F&B operations. You’ll monitor costs, manage food and beverage inventories, conduct detailed menu costing, audit bills, analyze data, and work closely with the finance and culinary teams to drive profitability and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and control food & beverage costs across outlets
• Manage beverage inventory, ensuring stock accuracy and minimizing waste
• Conduct menu costing and recommend pricing strategies
• Perform bill audits and ensure accuracy in supplier and vendor invoicing
• Prepare and analyze cost and variance reports
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams for reconciliations and audits
• Implement cost-control measures and ensure compliance with company standards
