Continuous Improvement Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements. Introduce automation and new technologies where applicable. Drive 5S, Kaizen, and TPM practices. Qualifications & Experience : B.Tech / B.E. Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering. 15–20 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior production leadership role. Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower management, and lean manufacturing. Hands-on with ERP systems and manufacturing analytics. Excellent leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination skills. Results-oriented, strategic thinker, proactive, and safety-conscious.
