Visilean India - UI / UX Designer - Figma / Adobe XD

Key Responsibilities :

• Investigate user experience design requirements for various digital assets and platforms.
• Develop and conceptualize comprehensive UI / UX strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Produce wireframes, storyboards, flow diagrams, site maps, and interactive prototypes.
• Design UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, buttons, and widgets.
• Conduct usability testing and A / B testing for CTAs, banners, page layouts, and flows.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and design partners to deliver tailored digital experiences.
• Provide guidance on UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze user behavior.
• Adhere to typography, graphic design, and brand style standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, including responsiveness and cross-device compatibility.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics Skills :
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong experience with UX design methodologies, wireframing, user flows, and prototyping.
• Knowledge of user research techniques and usability testing.
• Ability to design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI elements.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
