Role & Responsibilities :

Handle outbound international voice calls for technical support
Communicate effectively with customers using flawless vocabulary and a neutral accent
Work towards achieving set goals and targets
Maintain a positive and energetic attitude

Collaborate effectively as a team player

Required Profile :

Flair for communication in English

Eligibility :

Minimum qualification : H.S. Pass

Good communication skills in English

Basic computer knowledge

Any specialization, graduate or undergraduate
