Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Sales Executive Position (on-site) at WebMantra Technology Services Pvt Ltd . The ideal candidate will oversee daily presales operations, manage and mentor a team of presales specialists, engage with prospective clients, and collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to craft strategies that support business growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Presales roles
• Hands-on experience with team management, handling calls
• Ability to effectively liaise between clients and internal technical teams
• Solid sales strategy mindset with a consultative approach
• Background in automation, SaaS, or technology solutions is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

Note : Candidates with experience working in IT companies especially in software marketing, sales, managing outbound and inbound leads, conducting software demos, and closing sales will be given first preference.
