ERP Systems Lead

Job Title : ERP Manager – Freight Forwarding (Oracle, Finance, Automation & MIS)

Reporting To : Managing Director

Collaborates With : Business Teams, Operations Department, Finance Team

Role Summary :

We are seeking a strategic and empathetic ERP Manager to lead the Oracle ERP system across freight forwarding operations. This role demands full ownership of ERP workflows, strong business acumen, and a deep understanding of global finance compliance. The ideal candidate will be process driven, automation-savvy, MIS-proficient, and highly collaborative with business, operations and finance teams to drive process excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

ERP & Workflow Ownership :

• Manage and maintain all ERP master data, configurations, and workflows.
• Design freight forwarding-specific business process flows in collaboration with business, operations and finance.
• Develop exception monitoring reports, to identify process non-compliance.
• Ensure ERP scalability and alignment with business growth, compliance, and operational needs.
