Job description
  • Managing and leading the project members of Aora.
  • Responsible for coordinating with other Aora project team members / Key users.
  • Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work.
  • Detailed project planning and control including :
  • Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.
  • Resolving cross-functional issues at project level.
  • Managing project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary.
  • Monitoring project progress and performance.
  • Providing status reports to the project sponsor.
  • Liaison with, and updates progress to, project steering committee along with Project

    • Manager of the service provider

    • Final approval of the design specification.
    • Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.
    • Identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programs.
    • Coordinate and ensure adequate participation by Aora Key users for project tasks,
    • Manage project logistics,
    • Work with Aora management to arrange for Project infrastructure

      • Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (IT / Computer Science) or Bachelor’s in Business / Commerce with strong IT orientation – Master’s in Business Administration / IT / Systems preferred
    • Certifications in Project Management : PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum
    • Zoho certifications (for relevant modules) would add value

      • Skills & Experience :

    • 5 + years of project management experience
    • Specific experience implementing Zoho modules (CRM, Books, Creator, Analytics, etc) or comparable SaaS / ERP solutions
    • Ability to understand business processes (sales, operations, HR, finance) and map them into Zoho modules
    • Experience in change management, user training, data migration, integrations (APIs)
    • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and ability to lead cross-functional teams
    • Comfortable in Indian context but global exposure also helps
