Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms Creative mindset with good graphic design and video editing basics (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
