Role Overview
The Social Commerce Manager will be the digital face of Pluckk managing our brand’s presence across Instagram, , and other relevant platforms. You will ideate and execute high-engagement content, drive influencer collaborations, manage social-led events, and ensure Pluckk is authentically represented across digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Ownership : Manage Pluckk’s Instagram, , and YouTube—covering content planning, creation, execution, trend-based formats, performance tracking, and monthly content calendars.
- Influencer & Community Building : Identify and collaborate with influencers, co-create content, run barter / paid campaigns, and grow a community around clean eating and wellness.
- Events & On-ground Activations : Plan and execute social-led events, creator meet-ups, pop-ups, and brand activations with partners, QSRs, corporates, and wellness groups.
- Platform Representation : Coordinate with marketplace partners (Amazon, Zepto, Swiggy, etc.) to maintain consistent brand presence and develop social-first content suited for Q-commerce and retail platforms.

Strong social media marketing skills , with expertise in content creation, platform nuances, and performance-led execution.Experience in food, wellness, FMCG, or QSR brands , with the ability to turn product / nutritional insights into engaging content.High cultural and trend awareness , with a knack for spotting and leveraging emerging formats and viral content.Proactive creative self-starter , comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and hands-on content creation.Influencer-style mindset , ideally with personal page growth experience and a deep understanding of audience building and creator communication.
