Job Summary :
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a domestic voice process to join our Customer Service team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries effectively, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer issues and queries in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products / services.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Log customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate in any discipline.Minimum 1 year of experience in a domestic voice customer service process.Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (Hindi).Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.Preferred Attributes :
Prior experience in BPO or call center environment.Flexible to work in rotational shifts (Day shifts only if applicable).Team player with a positive attitude.
