We are seeking a skilled Anesthesia Coder to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in medical coding, with a strong focus on anesthesia services. The Anesthesia Coder will be responsible for accurately coding medical records, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance coding accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze medical records to ensure accurate coding of anesthesia services.
• Assign appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes for anesthesia procedures and diagnoses.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation and coding discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines, regulations, and reimbursement policies.
• Conduct audits and provide feedback to improve coding accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare reports on coding trends and identify areas for improvement.
