Job Summary :

The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales through telephonic communication by reaching out to potential and existing customers. The role involves explaining product or service details, addressing customer queries, building rapport, and converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused mindset to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Calling : Contact potential customers via phone to promote and sell products or services.
• Customer Interaction : Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to encourage sales conversions.
• Lead Management : Follow up on leads, maintain customer data in CRM software, and ensure regular communication.
• Sales Targets : Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion goals.
• Customer Relationship Building : Maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Objection Handling : Address customer concerns effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
• Market Feedback : Gather insights from customer interactions and share feedback with the marketing / sales team.
• Reporting : Prepare and submit daily / weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
