Qwiktechy LLC is a fast-growing U.S.-based IT & Non-IT Staffing company with global operations. We are expanding our Hyderabad team and looking for an energetic HR professional to manage hiring, operations, documentation, and coordination with U.S. teams.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Hire US IT Recruiters, Bench Sales Recruiters, and Non-IT Recruiters for internal teams
- Manage end-to-end hiring : sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding
- Maintain recruiter pipelines and recruitment dashboards
HR & Operations
Maintain employee records, onboarding files, and HR documentationPrepare Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, NDAs, PoliciesHandle day-to-day office admin, attendance, and compliance coordinationAccounts & Paperwork
Coordinate with accounts team for salaries, invoices, payroll inputsMaintain vendor files, agreements, and contractsSupport basic bookkeeping coordination (not accounting work)MSA / SOW / Legal Documentation
Prepare & review MSAs, SOWs, Work OrdersWork with U.S. clients / vendors for paperwork and document processingTrack contract renewals, background checks, and compliance statusCoordination with US Team
Work closely with U.S. management for hiring, documentation, onboardingShare daily / weekly hiring and HR reportsRequirements
2–5 years of HR experience (staffing industry experience preferred)Strong knowledge of hiring processes (IT / US Staffing background is a plus)Good command of English (written & verbal)Ability to handle MSAs, SOWs, onboarding paperwork, and complianceHighly organized, proactive, and quick in executionMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environmentWhat We Offer
