Recruiter + HR Ops Specialist

Location : Gurugram, Haryana, India (On-site)

Engagement : Full-time

Work Schedule : 5 days a week, 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM IST

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and "people-first" HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker and a skilled multitasker who can handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism. This role is crucial for both attracting top talent and providing day-to-day HR support to ensure our employees thrive.

Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition (70%)

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to hiring and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create ideal candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and identify qualified talent for a variety of roles, including creative, strategy, media, and account management positions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles using proactive sourcing strategies and digital channels.
• Review, screen, and schedule candidates, ensuring a positive and responsive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage and track all recruitment activities.
