Location : Gurugram, Haryana, India (On-site)

Engagement : Full-time

Work Schedule : 5 days a week, 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM IST

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and "people-first" HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker and a skilled multitasker who can handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism. This role is crucial for both attracting top talent and providing day-to-day HR support to ensure our employees thrive.

Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition (70%)

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to hiring and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create ideal candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source and identify qualified talent for a variety of roles, including creative, strategy, media, and account management positions.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles using proactive sourcing strategies and digital channels.
Review, screen, and schedule candidates, ensuring a positive and responsive candidate experience throughout the process.
Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage and track all recruitment activities.

HR Operations & Business Support (30%)

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing support and guidance on HR-related matters.

Facilitate smooth and welcoming onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees.

Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Assist with the performance review cycle, providing administrative support and helping to track key milestones.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data.

Qualifications :

3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 2 years in a dedicated talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or similar environment.

Demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting for diverse roles.

Adept and comfortable working through frequent changes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.

Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
