About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and proven experience in managing projects and data-driven reporting. You will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to manage day-to-day priorities, projects, and initiatives.
• Perform detailed data analysis, create dashboards, and generate actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and business reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and track projects using tools like Jira and Airtable; ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Develop and maintain structured reporting processes for regular business reviews and performance tracking.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and operational goals.
