We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Manager or Lead-level Technologist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Object Oriented Programing (C#, .Net Core, Java, Angular, APIs, Spring Boot) as well as additional skills in Databricks / Snowflake / Data Integration.

With your deep expertise and proven success using analytical thinking and iterative problem-solving, you have what it takes to manage programs and processes strategically and tactically. Whether balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders or making sound decisions using data, analysis, past experience, and a risk mindset, you will serve as a trusted advisor who routinely solves complex business problems and delivers against milestones. Roles and Responsibilities :

• This position will be directly responsible for managing the offshore team and the delivery of the assignments to offshore for the Credit Risk Technology team
• Direct software engineering tasks and participate in the design, development, and deployment of applications and processes required to fulfill specific business requirements
• Bring innovation to the table that helps in improving the resilience of products you are responsible for, sell your ideas and be part of the change
• Successful candidates will have hands-on experience building full stack applications and data integration pipelines
• Document and implement best practices, conduct code reviews and highlight opportunities to use advanced features to keep code optimal, readable and clean.
• Collaborate with onshore managers / leads across multiple teams to deliver the highest quality product and infrastructure experience for our users
• Provide input for the creation of technology related project documents including functional and detailed design documents ensuring that the design meets requirements and is detailed enough to provide to development teams.
• Participate in the rollout of any changes to the production environment and the setting of new standards using change control, documentation, and full communication with the operations and support.
• Ensure compliance with technical best practices, standards and policies.
• Gather / document business requirements, analyzing current technology, data, and processes versus potential to create recommended solutions.
• Analyze complex cross functional problems, quickly grasp concepts related to industry specific design / development and articulate them concisely to foster project team collaboration.
• Work with the IT lead and coordinate development, testing, and implementation phases ensuring that all deliverables meet expectations.
• Work well under pressure and work independently or as part of a team.
• Resolve production defects within defined SLA.
