Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced AV Control Systems Programmer and Support Specialist with over 7 years of hands-on experience in programming Crestron control systems and providing operational support for unified communication products. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting and resolving AV hardware and software issues to ensure seamless system performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, program, and maintain Crestron control systems, including processors such as CP3 and CP4.
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for unified communication products including Cisco, Polycom, Logitech, and Zoom.
• Diagnose and resolve AV system issues involving hardware, software, and connectivity challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize AV solutions.
• Conduct regular system testing and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Document configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Provide training and technical support to end-users and stakeholders as needed.
