Job description5–7 years experience in flexible packaging manufacturing Strong knowledge of : BOPP / PET / PE films Slitting & Rewinding machines Lamination & Printing (Rotogravure / Flexo) Packaging quality parameters, GSM & microns Ink adhesion, lamination bond strength, COF, dyne levels Production planning & inventory coordination Manpower management & shop-floor leadership Understanding preventive maintenance Strong analytical & problem-solving skills ERP or production tracking systems experience Safety & compliance knowledge Proactive leader & strong communicator Hands-on, operational mindset Result-oriented with focus on quality & efficiency Ability to run production independently

We are looking for a dynamic Production Manager with hands-on experience in flexible packaging, slitting, lamination, printing & converting operations to lead our manufacturing floor and ensure world-class execution.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and supervise daily production operations
- Optimize machine utilization, throughput, and waste ratios
- Ensure quality control & compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate with purchase, QC, maintenance & warehouse teams
- Implement production schedules, shift planning & KPI tracking
- Drive continuous improvement, safety & 5S practices
- Maintain machine performance logs & OEE reporting
