Job Title : Tax Senior – VAT (Indirect Tax)

About the Role :

We are seeking a Tax Senior – VAT to join our dynamic, globally integrated Indirect Tax team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a culturally diverse workforce supporting global accounts across 30+ countries, with plans to expand to 50+. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality VAT compliance and advisory services, managing end-to-end client engagements, and leading process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage VAT client engagements from planning to completion
• Review amended federal and state income tax returns and supporting workpapers
• Interpret and apply state / local tax regulations; provide recommendations
• Analyze and recommend tax strategies for process improvements
• Participate in tax audits and prepare audit responses
• Drive adoption of new tools, technology, and quality initiatives
• Conduct and lead internal calls, manage compliance activities
• Mentor, train, and guide junior team members
