✨ Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews).
• Maintain candidate databases and update trackers regularly.
• Support HR team in onboarding and documentation tasks.
• Help in scheduling interviews, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and daily HR operations.
• Prepare basic reports, HR documents, and maintain records.
• Coordinate with different teams for HR-related queries.
