Human Resources (HR) Internship in Delhi, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, Noida

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
• Maintain and update HR databases, intern trackers, and employee records
• Help draft offer letters, appointment letters, and internship agreements
• Support in onboarding and induction processes
• Assist in HR documentation, compliance, and filing
• Participate in employee engagement activities and event planning
• Support appraisal and attendance management processes
• Assist in drafting HR policies, notices, and internal communications
• Help with exit formalities and feedback collection
• Coordinate with other departments as required for HR operations
