We're seeking a detail-oriented Advertising Operations Assistant to provide critical support to our Advertising team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at organization, reporting, and cross-team collaboration. You'll manage reporting systems, streamline workflows, support leadership, and ensure that the team has the tools and resources needed to drive advertising success in a fast-paced environment.

How you will achieve success :

• Manage advertising reports, databases, and platform profiles across multiple tools (Pacvue, Criteo, Promote IQ, etc.)
• Support department leadership with scheduling, reporting (LTRs, budgets, pacing files), and SOP documentation
• Coordinate training, onboarding / offboarding, and ensure teams have access to tools and resources
• Deliver accurate DSP invoices and agency fees, and ensure advertising budgets are approved, tracked, and communicated on time
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a key point of contact for requests, meetings, and project updates
