Sales Head (Contract Role) | Pikolo Events

We're building Pikolo , India's next big B2C event planning platform — where people can discover, compare, and book trusted vendors for weddings and events.

We're now looking for a Sales Head (Contract Basis) who can help us design and lead our sales strategy blueprint — from defining conversion funnels to building a revenue roadmap that we'll present to investors.

What You'll Do (Pre-Funding Phase)

Create a complete sales and conversion blueprint showing how leads from marketing can turn into confirmed bookings.
Design sales funnel stages — awareness → lead → follow-up → booking → repeat customer.
Build a category-wise sales model for services like Photography, Makeup, Music, and more.
Define team structure and targets — how many sales executives we need and expected conversions per head.
Plan monthly revenue projections based on marketing spend and lead inflow.
Collaborate with Marketing and Finance Heads to align ROI and CAC goals .
Prepare an Investor-ready Sales & Conversion Plan explaining how Pikolo will scale revenue and maintain quality service delivery.

What We're Looking For

5–6 years of B2C sales experience , preferably in service or event-based startups.

Proven record of building and scaling a sales process from scratch .

Experience in team leadership and sales training.

Strong command over CRM tools, funnel management, and data tracking.

Good understanding of consumer behavior and conversion optimization.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable owning numbers and results.
