- Configure Salesforce platforms to optimize data flow and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Data Integration processes to ensure accurate and timely data exchange across platforms.
- Implement Salesforce Loyalty Management strategies to boost customer retention and drive brand loyalty.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Conduct regular assessments of Salesforce configurations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor and report on the performance of Salesforce applications to ensure they meet business objectives.
