Role Description

This position blends deep technical expertise with proactive problem-solving and collaboration. You’ll work closely with global IT, Security, and People teams to ensure stable, secure, and scalable systems that support our growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise infrastructure across Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 and Azure AD services including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Administer Okta for identity, SSO, and MFA integrations.
• Support virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Drive automation and process efficiency using scripting tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex IT issues.
• Partner with Security and Workplace teams to uphold compliance and improve systems resilience.
• Monitor performance, manage patch cycles, and assist with disaster recovery and system upgrades.
• Mentor junior IT staff and contribute to global process standardization.
