- Growth Strategy & Leadership : Define and execute comprehensive growth strategies across Fynd's AI platforms, aligning product-led and enterprise sales motions with company revenue objectives
- Revenue Ownership : Drive measurable growth across acquisition, conversion, and expansion metrics with direct accountability for growth-related revenue targets
- Team Development : Build and lead a high-performing growth team, establishing frameworks, processes, and a culture of data-driven experimentation
- Cross-Functional Leadership : Partner with C-suite and department heads to align product, marketing, and sales initiatives around growth priorities
- Go-to-Market Excellence : Architect and optimize enterprise ABM strategies while enhancing our PLG motion for maximum efficiency and scalability
- Growth Analytics : Translate complex user and market data into actionable growth strategies and executive-level insights

10+ years of growth leadership experience with 3+ years at Director level or above in B2B SaaSProven track record scaling revenue growth for AI / ML or enterprise SaaS productsDemonstrated success building and leading high-performing growth teamsDeep expertise in both enterprise sales motions and product-led growth strategiesStrong analytical capabilities with experience translating data into strategic decisionsExecutive presence with outstanding communication and cross-functional leadership skillsExperience in retail technology, e-commerce, or related industries preferredSkills Required
