Senior DFT Engineer

Mirafra Technologies Hiring Senior DFT Engineers :

Experience - 5 to 15 years

Location - Bengaluru

Notice period - 0 to 30 days

Qualification : Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electronics Engineering with at least 3+ years of experience.

Knowledge in latest innovative trends in DFT , understanding different DFT architecture schemes .

Solid knowledge in DFT basics, different fault models, techniques.

Hands on experience in two or more from following list :

MBIST implementation & Verification, SCAN architecture / implementation, Scan chain stitching, ATPG, ATPG simulations, DFT SDC, DFT timing, DFT RTL, DFD, DFT verification, IP DFT, Boundary SCAN, iJTAG, SSN.

Good understanding is required on PLLs, OCC, compression architecture, LEC and PD implementation.

Post-silicon experience is a plus

TCL / PERL scripting experience is preferable.
