About the Role
As a Culture Success Associate , you’ll be the face and voice of Uniify to our clients. From onboarding and training to engagement strategy and documentation, you'll play a crucial role in shaping how organizations use our platform to transform their employee experience.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, creative thinking, and a passion for making workplaces more human.
What you’ll do
- Client Onboarding & Activation
- Guide new clients through setup, ensuring a smooth and confident start on the Uniify platform.
- Product Training
- Conduct clear, engaging training sessions with HR teams and admins—simplifying technical features into everyday impact.
- Engagement Strategy Support
- Work closely with clients to build and execute employee engagement & wellbeing strategies aligned with their culture and goals.
- Client Relationship Management
- Stay connected with customers post-onboarding to ensure they’re engaged, supported, and deriving maximum value from Uniify.
- Create Documentation & Visual Guides
- Design helpful client-facing resources (FAQs, how-tos, video guides, visual playbooks) using Canva .
- Act as the Voice of the Customer
- Share recurring feedback and insights with internal teams to continuously improve product experience.
