About The Role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They're among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We're looking for a Business Risk Manager to play a crucial role in creating the first line of defence within our private bank. Someone with an analytical mind to develop sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks and take risk management procedures to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identifying, assessing, documenting, and reviewing risks within our private bank
• Designing, implementing, and testing controls
• Developing and testing key procedures
• Creating and reviewing key risk indicators
• Registering risk events, managing and delivering risk incident reports
